William J. Decaire is an experienced litigator, successfully defending clients in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative tribunals, arbitration panels, state agencies, professional associations, and municipal boards.

Bill represents a wide range of clients, from individuals and not-for-profits to small businesses and Fortune 500 companies. He has significant experience providing advice and counsel to his clients on a wide-range of legal matters including labor and employment relations, risk avoidance, litigation management and cost containment. He also has substantial experience negotiating and drafting complex contracts, employment, asset purchase, lease, operating and separation agreements, as well as legislative proposals, which promote his clients’ interests.
