Christopher J. Watt has vast legal experience in the representation of clients in real estate transactions, wills, trusts and estates, business and corporate matters, and representation of private and public sector clients in both civil and criminal litigation in local, state and federal courts and before New York State regulatory agencies.

Chris concentrates in all areas of labor and employment law including employment discrimination, unfair/improper labor practices, wrongful discharge and wage and hour litigation before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, National Labor Relations Board, New York State Public Employer Relations Board, New York State Division of Human Rights, Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, Department of Labor and in state and federal courts.

He represents employers in labor arbitrations and collective bargaining negotiations, performs employment law counseling, training, and litigation avoidance for human resource managers and general counsel. Chris is also an experienced employment advisor in the areas of harassment, disability law, FMLA compliance, labor strikes, picketing, and during union organization campaigns.
