Mackenzie C. Monaco Appointed to the Committee on Character and Fitness

Mackenzie C. Monaco has been appointed by the Justices of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, in and for the Third Judicial District of the State of New York as a member of the Committee on Character and Fitness for a term of five years.
New York’s Appellate Division is responsible for evaluating the character and fitness of persons seeking admission to the Bar. This duty is discharged by the Court’s Committee on Character and Fitness.
Ms. Monaco is a partner and litigator with Carter Conboy, concentrating her practice in the defense of personal and premises liability, medical malpractice, labor law, product liability, and environmental law. Ms. Monaco also provides clients with insurance coverage analysis and litigates coverage disputes. She represents physicians, hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities, as well as commercial retailers, contractors, and private individuals.
