Michael J. Murphy Speaks on Employer Rights to Recovery of Proprietary Information and Trade Secrets

Attorney Michael J. Murphy spoke on and moderated a panel “A Good Offense is the Best Offense,” at an ALFA International Labor & Employment Seminar in Lake Tahoe on July 27, 2017.
Mike’s panel included seasoned litigators and experienced corporate counsel from across the United States. They discussed an employer’s rights to recovery if an employee leaves a company with proprietary information, trade secrets, or other important business data, including those rights under the Defend Trade Secrets Act of 2016 which provides employers with a private right of action and tools for the seizure and recovery of stolen trade secrets.
