Attorneys Michael J. Murphy and William J. Decaire were featured speakers at “Don’t Leave Me This Way: The Latest Advancements in ADA, FMLA and Workers’ Compensation Claims”, a seminar presented by ALFA International, The Global Legal Network, on April 15, 2016 in Detroit, Michigan.
Messrs. Murphy and Decaire’s seminar panel included seasoned litigators and experienced claims executives from across the United States who discussed the interplay between the ADA, FMLA, and workers’ compensation laws including practical advice on drafting effective workplace policies to assist human resources and management in addressing complicated leave issues.
Michael J. Murphy is a managing partner at Carter Conboy. Mr. Murphy is a trial attorney handling complex litigation with an emphasis on employment law.
