Attorney Michael J. Catalfimo recently spoke at a Continuing Legal Education Seminar presented by the National Business Institute (NBI). The seminar, Boot Camp: Foreclosure and Loan Workout Procedures, was held in Albany, New York on September 12, 2013. Mr. Catalfimo spoke on Forbearance Agreements, Loan Modifications, Lender Liability Issues, and Ethical Considerations When Dealing With Distressed Property.
Mr. Catalfimo is a Shareholder and Managing Director of Carter Conboy. He represents a diverse group of businesses and individuals in complex civil litigation and transactional matters involving Real Property Law, Creditors Rights, Business Law, Family Law, Trusts and Estates Law, Municipal Law, and Health Care Law.
