Michael J. Catalfimo Re-Elected to Board of Directors of the American Legal & Financial Network (ALFN)

Michael J. Catalfimo was recently elected to his second term as a Director of the American Legal and Financial Network (“ALFN”). Based in St. Louis, Missouri, the ALFN is the Nation’s largest network of law firms devoted to the representation of residential mortgage banking lenders and servicers, having over 175 member law firms in 45 States throughout the country. Mr. Catalfimo was first elected to the ALFN Board of Directors in July of 2011 and became the Chairman of the Board in October of 2012. He was re-elected to the Board in July of 2013 at the ALFN’s Annual Conference in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Mr. Catalfimo is a Shareholder and Managing Director of Carter Conboy. His practice involves the representation of businesses and individuals in complex civil litigation and transactional matters involving Real Property Law, Creditors Rights, Business Law, Family Law, Trusts and Estates Law, Municipal Law, and Health Care Law. In addition to his work with the ALFN, Mr. Catalfimo sits on the Steering Committee of the Business Litigation Practice Group of ALFA International, The Global Legal Network, a network of more than 145 law firms located in 65 countries throughout the world, and is active in numerous other professional associations. Mr. Catalfimo is a frequent lecturer on topics related to real property litigation, creditors’ rights and ethics and is a Past President of both the Federation of Bar Associations of the Fourth Judicial District and the Washington County Bar Association.
