Matthew J. Dillon was re-elected to a two-year term as Vice President of the Italian American Bar Association (IABA) on March 10, 2016. Mr. Dillon has served as Vice President of the IABA since 2014.
Matthew J. Dillon is an attorney at Carter Conboy in Albany, concentrating his practice on the defense of professional liability, product liability and trucking and transportation claims, and general civil litigation. He earned his J.D. degree from Albany Law School and his B.A. degree in political science from Stonehill College. He is an alumnus of the Washington Center in Washington, D.C. Mr. Dillon is active in numerous professional and civic associations, including Vice-President of the Italian American Bar Association and the Capital District YMCA (Bethlehem) Board of Advisors.
