Mackenzie C. Monaco was a speaker at a seminar presented by the ALFA International Hospitality & Retail Practice Group in Columbus, Ohio on October 11, 2018.
Mackenzie spoke on “Ethics for In-House Counsel”, focusing on the ethical conflicts and dilemmas faced by in-house counsel to hospitality and retail clients. Mackenzie, through the use of practice scenarios, highlighted the ethical concerns and rules that in-house counsel face on a regular basis.

Mackenzie Monaco is a Director and Shareholder at Carter Conboy. She maintains an active litigation practice representing a wide range of clients, from individuals and local businesses to national corporations, in state and federal courts throughout New York. She delivers counseling, risk management, and tort defense services to the hospitality and retail, construction, insurance, and health care industries.
