Libby Coreno Speaks on Zoning and Planning Case Law


The Saratoga County Planning Board has invited Carter Conboy’s Libby Coreno to speak at its one-day planning and zoning conference in Saratoga Springs on January 27, 2016. Ms. Coreno will provide the Case Law Update, providing insight into the laws and standards applied to approvals and denials by planning and zoning boards across the State.

Libby Coreno is a Director at Carter Conboy. She has been a practicing attorney in Saratoga Springs for over 11 years, providing counsel to a wide-range of clients, from individuals to regional businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Libby’s practice centers on real estate development; zoning and planning; and real property, municipal and commercial litigation. Libby is the President of the Saratoga County Bar Association and President of the Leadership Saratoga Alumni Board. She is the annual speaker on Case Law Updates for the Saratoga County Regional Zoning & Planning Conference and on Dynamics of Leadership for Leadership Saratoga.
