What Makes Lawyers Happy
By: Carter Conboy
Carter Conboy’s Libby Coreno was published in the Fall 2015 edition of the New York State Bar Association’s Women’s Community newsletter. Her article What Makes Lawyers Happy was part of the newsletter’s focus on women in leadership. The article encourages attorneys to create value systems within themselves and their workplaces that emphasize personal purpose, greater collaboration and autonomy, which conceivably can equate to becoming productive and profitable in the process.
