John T. Maloney Appointed to Chair of Upstate New York Committee for the American College of Trial Lawyers

The Board of Regents for the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers has appointed John T. Maloney as the Chairman of the New York - Upstate Committee for 2008-2009. In this role, Mr. Maloney will oversee the Committee's initiation of nominations for Fellowship, the consideration of proposals for nominations, and the fulfillment of assignments made to it my the President or the Board of Regents.
The American College of Trial Lawyers is composed of the best of the trial bar from the both the United States and Canada, by invitation only, and is widely considered to be the premier professional trial organization in America. The College is dedicated to maintaining and improving the standards of trial practice, the administration of justice and the ethics of the profession.
