Gina T. Wisniewski Speaks on Ethical Issues in Transportation Claims

Carter Conboy’s Gina T. Wisniewski was a featured speaker at the NYSBA Program “Auto and Truck Claims, Accidents & Litigation 2019” held in Albany, NY, on September 5, 2019. The program presented an overview of the law governing depositions, providing practice pointers on many topics relative to deposition practice under both New York and Federal court practice.
Gina spoke on “Ethical Issues in MVA Cases,” which focused on the ethical issues affecting the representation of multiple injured parties, settlements with guardianships, and driver v. passenger dilemmas.
