On October 17, 2012, Carter Conboy’s William Decaire was the featured speaker at the seminar “Unemployment Claims and Appeals: What Businesses Need to Know”, held in conjunction with the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce and the Saratoga Economic Development Corporation, at SUNY Adirondack College in Queensbury, New York.  The seminar focused on unemployment claims, laws, procedures, and practices impacting employers in New York State, your duties as a business owner or manager, qualifying and disqualifying events for unemployment claims, hearings and appeals.
