David R. Homer was a featured speaker on Mediation Practice, a continuing legal education program sponsored by the Albany County Bar Association on April 27, 2017. Judge Homer’s fellow panelists were comprised of Jeffrey K. Anderson, Esq., James E. Hacker, Esq., Mark R. Sonders, Esq., the Hon. Bernard J. Malone (retired), and the Hon. Randolph Treece (retired). The presentation was moderated by Assistant United States Attorney, Cathleen Clark.
David R. Homer is a mediator and arbitrator with Capital District ADR, LLC and is Of Counsel to Carter Conboy. He served for seventeen years as a United States Magistrate Judge in the Northern District of New York in Albany until 2012. In that position, he resolved over 1,000 cases in a variety of practice areas through mediation and arbitration, earning a reputation as a fair, impartial, and hard-working neutral.
