Labor & Employment Law
The attorneys of the Labor & Employment Law Practice Group represent private corporations and public entities in employment-related matters. In addition to its strong emphasis on risk management/avoidance to reduce future liability, the Labor & Employment Practice Group regularly appears before the New York State Division of Human Rights, the EEOC, and in state and federal courts on behalf of its clients.
· Litigation in state and federal courts
