Our Environmental Law practice was formed to assist our clients in meeting the ever-increasing technical and diverse body of federal, state and local governmental laws and regulations. Our Environmental practice group works to counsel businesses, property owners, and banks, regarding hazardous wastes and exposure to PCB's, toluene, lead, benzene, asbestos and pathogens.

We handle multiparty CERCLA matters and environmental contamination claims brought by the State of New York and private parties under New York's Navigation Law for cost recovery and remediation. We represent clients in State and Federal Courts as well as in mediation and negotiation with both private and government agencies.

We are experienced with and capable of presenting cases in all forums and have been able to negotiate acceptable limits or eliminate liability in many individual cases.
