William J. Decaire has been promoted from Senior Associate to a Director within the firm. As a Director, Mr. Decaire will continue his work in the fields of civil litigation defense including personal injury, professional malpractice, civil rights, municipal, and products liability actions.
Mr. Decaire has successfully handled trials, motions, and appeals throughout New York State. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Decaire serves as a Deputy Attorney for a number of local municipalities for whom he drafts local legislation, negotiates contracts, and provides legal advice on a range of governmental issues. He also represents businesses and individuals before local courts and municipal boards.
