Director William D. Yoquinto served as the Program Chair for the biennial Medical Malpractice Seminar held in Albany, New York, on November 19, 2009. Yoquinto spoke on the topic of Cross-Examination of the Medical Expert for the seminar, which provided a practical overview of the key issues in medical malpractice litigation. The Trial Lawyers Section, the Torts, Insurance and Compensation Law Section, and the Committee on Continuing Legal Education of the New York State Bar Association sponsored the Medical Malpractice Seminar.
