Tom Capezza spoke at the Northern District of New York, Federal Court Bar Association’s “Remedies and Damages in Commercial Litigation” CLE on December 7, 2017, in Albany, NY. The program focused on damages and other remedies available in commercial litigation cases, including contract, statutory, and punitive damages, as well as limitations on damages.
Tom’s panel, which included an attorney and two financial forensics experts, spoke on the methodologies and challenges in calculating and proving various types of damages.
