Michael J. Murphy has been selected as a member of the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). The selection of Mr. Murphy recognizes him for meeting the highest ethical standards and accomplishments in the profession of law. The CLM is the largest fully inclusive legal defense organization in the country, comprised of corporate counsel, risk and litigation managers, insurance and claims professionals, outside counsel, and third-party service providers.
Mr. Murphy has an active trial practice in civil rights, employment practices, professional liability, and commercial litigation. He counsels clients on matters relating to risk management, government investigations, and government relations, and regularly tries cases in State and Federal Courts throughout upstate New York as well as before the EEOC and New York State Division of Human Rights. He is the Chair of ALFA International, is one of the largest global legal networks of independent business law firms.
