Michael J. Murphy, Chief Operating Officer and Chairman of the Executive Committee, served as a panelist on the New York State Bar Association Seminar Introductory Lessons on Ethics and Civility on April 23, 2010. The program offered Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Credits for practicing attorneys who attended. Mr. Murphy explained the effect of New York State’s revised Rules on Professional Responsibility, as determined over their first year of use. As part of the seminar, Mr. Murphy participated in a panel discussion on ethics and civility with a federal judge and practicing attorneys, again addressing the Rules on Professional Responsibility.
