Director Michael J. Catalfimo presented a continuing legal education seminar on Mortgage Foreclosure to members of the New York State Land Title Association (“NYSLTA”) in Albany, New York on December 16, 2010. The seminar was designed to assist NYSLTA members who are involved in searching, reviewing and insuring land titles to foreclosed properties.
Michael J. Catalfimo is a trial and transactional attorney who concentrates his practice in the fields of Creditors Rights, Commercial Law, Business and Property Law and Litigation, and General Practice matters. He has a statewide practice representing the interests of mortgage bankers, servicers and other financial services professionals in state and federal courts.
