Director Michael J. Catalfimo was the Moderator and a member of the faculty of “Foreclosure and Repossession,” a Lorman Education Services continuing education seminar held on September 22 in Albany, New York. The seminar detailed the latest information about significant changes now occurring in the field of residential mortgage lending and foreclosure. Many of these changes directly affect the way that lenders, servicers, and attorneys handle the servicing and foreclosure of residential mortgages in New York State.
