Attorney Luke C. Davignon obtained a favorable Determination and Order after Investigation from the New York State Division of Human Rights.
The Complainant, a sales consultant, was employed by Mr. Davignon’s client, a local car dealership. The Complainant filed a Complaint with the New York State Division of Human Rights charging Mr. Davignon’s client with unlawful discriminatory practice relating to employment because of sex and disability.
After investigation by the Division of Human Rights and a hearing before its Investigator, it was found that there is no probable cause to believe that Mr. Davignon’s client engaged in the unlawful discriminatory practice the Complainant alleged.
Mr. Davignonfocuses his practice primarily in the field of civil litigation, including civil rights, employment practices, professional liability, and commercial litigation. Mr. Davignon represents clients in State and Federal Courts throughout upstate New York, as well as employers before the EEOC and New York State Division of Human Rights.
