Laura M. Hoffman, an Associate with Carter Conboy, spoke at Albany Law School’s annual “Senior Law Day” on October 3, 2009. Ms. Hoffman presented Creating Powers of Attorney and Understanding the Benefits and Consequences to local senior citizens and their caregivers, highlighting and explaining the nuts and bolts of a Power of Attorney in light of recent legislative changes.
