John T. Maloney recently spoke at the New York State Bar Association Program entitled “Introductory Lessons on Ethics and Civility, 10th Anniversary Program”. Mr. Maloney discussed “Hot Topics on Ethics and What’s New in the NY Rules of Professional Conduct” as part of the colloquium on ethics and civility, which provided Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits to practicing attorneys in attendance. The program included review of the recently enacted New York Rules of Professional Conduct, disciplinary rules, recent developments, and cases of interest.
