Carter Conboy Associates James E. Lonano, Panagiota K. Javaras, Stephen M. Groudine, Tichina L. Johnson, and Alaina K. Laferriere were among the attorneys admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit on May 19, 2010. The attorneys were sworn in by the President of the Federal Court Bar Association for the Northern District of New York, Bartle Gorman, at an Admissions Ceremony held at the James T. Foley United States Courthouse in Albany, New York.
