Director James A. Resila has been appointed to serve on the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York’s Panel of Attorneys Responsible for the Investigation and Prosecution of Attorney Discipline. Resila was appointed to a four-year term on the Panel by Norman A. Mordue, Chief United States District Court Judge.
As a member of the Panel, Resila will be responsible for investigating allegations of attorney misconduct pending in the Northern District of New York.
