Attorney Panagiota K. Javaras obtained a summary judgment on behalf of a retail store and property owner. The favorable decision was reached in the Montgomery County Supreme Court on March 24, 2010. The personal injury action involved an alleged defect which the Court found was “too trivial to be actionable as a matter of law.”
