Carter Conboy Supports The Michael J. Fox Foundation

Carter Conboy supported the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research and firm staff member Scott C. Marsh, who organized “A Birthday Wish for a Cure” at The Shamrock II in Albany on October 9, 2010.  Carter Conboy were underwriters of the food provided by The Shamrock II at the event.

Marsh, who has been diagnosed with Young-Onset Parkinson’s Disease, became involved in the Michael J. Fox organization after his diagnosis.  He organized “A Birthday Wish for a Cure” to celebrate his birthday by raising funds to help the Michael J. Fox Foundation accomplish its mission – finding a cure for Parkinson’s disease through an aggressively funded research agenda, and ensuring the development of improved therapies for those living with Parkinson’s today.

Michael J. Murphy, Chief Operating Officer at Carter Conboy states “We are extremely proud of Scott for his hard work and determination in organizing this event and making it both a personal success for him, and a success on behalf of the Michael J. Fox Foundation.”
