Carter Conboy Add Two Attorneys to Its Albany Office

Carter Conboy is pleased to announce the addition of two attorneys to its Albany office.  Benjamin A. Lee and Luke S. Malamood have joined the firm as associate attorneys. 

Mr. Lee graduated from St. Lawrence University with a B.A. in Government. He received his J.D. from Albany Law School where he concentrated in Health Law.  At Albany Law School, he was the President of the Health Law Society, senior editor of the Albany Law Review, and an intern at the Albany Law Clinic and Justice Center.  He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and practices in the areas of civil litigation defense and health care law.

Mr. Malamood graduated from Villanova University with a B.A. in Humanities & Augustinian Traditions. He received his J.D. at Albany Law School, where he received the Best Oral Advocate Award in the 2009 Domenick L. Gabrielli Appellate Advocacy Competition. Mr. Malamood clerked for the City of Albany, Office of the Corporation Counsel, and was an intern with both the Albany County District Attorney’s Office and the Third Judicial District Town and Villages Unit.  He is admitted to practice in the State of New York, and practices in the field of civil litigation, primarily involving the defense of medical malpractice, premises liability, products liability, and personal injury liability claims.
