Director William J. Decaire has been appointed to ALFA International’s Transportation Group Steering Committee.
Founded in 1980, ALFA International is the oldest network of independent law firms in the world. The Transportation Practice Group is comprised of over 70 member law firms and over 200 active trial lawyers across the United States and Canada who provide legal services to commercial and private carriers transporting passengers and/or goods by truck, rail, plane, and boat, as well as transportation equipment manufacturers, transportation insurers, and third-party administrators.
Decaire focuses his practice in the field of civil litigation where he provides legal advice to a range of clients on governmental, business and litigation issues. He represents businesses and individuals in both federal and state courts in New York and Massachusetts, as well as state agencies, professional associations and municipal boards.
