The law firm of Carter Conboy is pleased to announce the recent appointments of attorneys Adam H. Cooper and Brian D. Carr to positions with The Defense Research Institute of Northeastern, New York (DRI). DRI is an international organization of attorneys defending the interests of businesses and individuals in civil litigation. Mr. Cooper has been elected President, previously serving as Vice-President and on DRI’s Board of Directors. Mr. Carr was elected to a one-year term to DRI’s Board of Directors.
Mr. Cooper is a litigation attorney concentrating his practice in the fields of medical malpractice defense, products liability, personal liability, premises liability, and appellate advocacy, as well as commercial litigation and environmental law.
Mr. Carr practices in the field of civil litigation, primarily involving the defense of products liability, professional malpractice, premises liability, and personal injury liability claims.
