Carter Conboy is pleased to announce that Adam H. Cooper and Mackenzie C. Monaco have been promoted from Senior Associate to Director. Mr. Cooper and Ms. Monaco joined Carter Conboy in 2004 and have practiced litigation at the firm since that time.
As Director, Mr. Cooper will continue to concentrate his practice in the fields of medical malpractice defense, product liability, personal liability, premises liability, and appellate law, as well as commercial litigation and environmental law. Mr. Cooper represents physicians, dentists, hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities, as well as pharmacies, commercial retailers, and industrial manufacturers.
Ms. Monaco will continue her practice in fields of personal and premises liability, medical malpractice, labor law, and environmental law, as well as insurance coverage analysis and disputes. Ms. Monaco represents physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, commercial retailers, contractors, and private individuals.
