Jessica A. Desany Speaks on Insurance Law

On December 3, 2008, Jessica A. Desany provided an update on New York State Insurance Law to the Defense Research Institute of Northeastern New York, a local defense organization within the State and Local Defense Organizations (SLDOs) affiliated with the national DRI organization.  Mrs. Desany discussed statutory updates signed into law by Governor Paterson in July of 2008 which take effect in January of 2009, as well as recent common law changes and additions to insurance procedures as determined by the courts within New York State.
