Mackenzie C. Monaco, a featured presenter at the New York State Bar Association’s Construction Site Accidents seminar

Mackenzie C. Monaco was one of the featured presenters at the New York State Bar Association’s Construction Site Accidents seminar held on December 4, 2009, in Latham, New York.  Mrs. Monaco spoke on Key Issues between Defendants and their Carriers and focused on indemnity, partial indemnity, hold harmless, and third party practice issues related to construction contracts, and grave injury as delineated within New York State's Workers' Compensation Law.  The Seminar provided Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits to those attorneys in attendance.
