Jessica A. Desany Lectures on Summations in NYSBA CLE Seminar 'The Trial'

On November 18, 2009, Director Jessica A. Desany was one of the featured speakers at the Seminar "The Trial", sponsored by the New York State Bar Association.  Mrs. Desany lectured on the topic of "Summations", focusing on trial techniques and practical tips for preparing and delivering an effecting summation, as well as common law interpretation of the boundaries of summations at the conclusion of trial.  The program provided Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits for the attending attorneys.
