William J. Decaire Participates in New York Schools Insurance Reciprocal Presentation

Director William J. Decaire was one of three speakers for a New York Schools Insurance Reciprocal presentation held on November 3 in Saratoga Springs and November 4 in Canton.  The topic of the seminar was "Identifying and Limiting Sports Liability Exposures" and reviewed the exposures present with athletic programs, from P.E. intramural classes to varsity athletics.  The session also addressed claims and litigation as well as risk management techniques for controlling those exposures.
