Kathleen McCaffrey Baynes featured in DRI Publication

Kathleen McCaffrey Baynes was featured in DRI’s July 15, 2009, edition of The Voice based on a trial win earlier this year in a medical malpractice case. Mrs. Baynes was featured within “And the Defense Wins” where it described how she obtained a defense verdict in a medical malpractice trial where she represented the board-certified general surgeon who had been asked by the plaintiff's treating gynecologist to serve as a consultant.
