Michael J. Catalfimo and NBI Present Real Property Foreclosure Workshop

Director Michael J. Catalfimo was one of three presenting attorneys for a National Business Institute (NBI) Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminar held on June 8 in Albany, New York. The seminar was a step-by-step workshop on Real Property Foreclosure and took attendees through the foreclosure process. Mr. Catalfimo spoke on relevant state and federal laws, recent case law, and legal considerations relating to real property foreclosure in New York.
