William Decaire is a 1995 graduate of the State University of New York at Oswego, where he received a B.A. in Political Science and minored in International Studies. He earned his J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University in 2000. While in law school, Mr. Decaire served as Chief of Staff to then New York State Assemblywoman Frances T. Sullivan and was a Semi-Finalist in the Albany Law School Senior Prize Trials competition.

Mr. Decaire practices primarily in the field of civil litigation defense, including personal injury, professional malpractice, civil rights, municipal and products liability actions. He is admitted to practice law in the Courts of the State of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. He is a member of the Bar Associations of Albany County, Saratoga County, New York State, and the N.D.N.Y.
