PROFILE

William J. Decaire focuses on representing individuals, businesses and municipalities in actions related to personal injury, business disputes, professional malpractice, civil rights, municipal law, and product liability claims. He also represents municipalities and private businesses by negotiating employment, land use and service contracts, litigating Article 7 proceedings, drafting local legislation and representing their interests before local courts, state agencies, professional associations and municipal boards.

Mr. Decaire also serves on Carter Conboy’s Hiring Committee.
