William D. Yoquinto became a member of the firm in 2003 after substantial experience in the litigation of medical malpractice, products liability, motor vehicle liability and commercial matters. He was admitted to the bar in New York in 1980 and practices in the State and Federal Courts. He is a graduate of Fordham University, B.A. 1976 and Fordham University School of Law, J.D. 1979.

Mr. Yoquinto is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute and the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association (past president, 1990-1991). He has lectured for the New York State Bar Association in numerous areas, serves as program chair for the biennial Medical Malpractice program and is a frequent speaker in matters concerning health care and the law.
