Susanna L. Martin is a member of the firm and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer. Her practice spans most of upstate New York and is primarily limited to medical malpractice and health care law. Ms. Martin's health care practice includes representation of health care providers in all areas of civil litigation, administrative hearings, and contract and employment matters. Ms. Martin has been called upon to counsel physicians, hospitals, health corporations and HMOs.

Ms. Martin is experienced in all aspects of trial and appellate practice, having taken cases to verdict in State and Federal Courts. She has guided clients through mediations and arbitration. She has given talks and lectures to medical groups, bar associations and law schools in New York and nationally.
