Megan Van Aken received her B.A. in Accounting from the University of Hartford in 1994. After working as the Business Manager for a local Anesthesia Group she returned to law school and received her J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University in 1999.

Ms. Van Aken is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. She is a member of the New York State and Albany County Bar Associations. Ms. Van Aken practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation including personal and premises liability, civil rights, and insurance law.
