PROFILE
Mackenzie C. Monaco is a litigation attorney concentrating her practice in the fields of personal and premises liability, medical malpractice, labor law, product liability, and environmental law. Ms. Monaco also provides clients with insurance coverage analysis and litigates coverage disputes. She represents physicians, hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities, as well as commercial retailers, contractors, and private individuals. She has achieved successful results for her clients at the trial and appellate levels and has extensive experience in motion practice. Ms. Monaco has lectured on topics related to insurance coverage, indemnification issues, and construction work-site litigation.
Ms. Monaco graduated cum laude from St. Lawrence University in 2001 with a BA in History and Government. She graduated summa cum laude from Albany Law School in 2004. While in law school, Ms. Monaco served as both a member and the Executive Editor for Research and Writing of the Albany Law Review, was awarded a Sponsler Fellowship, and was listed in Who’s Who in American Law Schools. In addition, Ms. Monaco is a member of the Justinian Society.
Ms. Monaco is also a member of Carter Conboy’s Hiring Committee and is the firm’s Paralegal Supervisor.
