William Little graduated from the State University of New York, College at Albany, where he received a B.A. in Political Science and minor in Criminal Justice. He received his J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University, where he was an associate editor for with the Albany Law School Environmental Journal.

Mr. Little is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and the Capital District Black and Hispanic Bar Association.

Mr. Little practices primarily in the field of civil litigation including insurance defense, employment issues, civil rights, labor law, and municipal liability.
