Kathleen Baynes is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where she received a Bachelor of the Arts degree in the Program of Liberal Studies. Since receiving her Juris Doctor degree from Albany Law School of Union University, Ms. Baynes has practiced litigation, primarily in the areas of commercial and residential liability; environmental law; construction law; insurance coverage; negligence; civil rights and professional malpractice/negligence.
