James Conboy, a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, is the son of one of the founding members of the firm. He presently serves as President and CEO of the firm. Mr. Conboy joined the firm in 1958 and has had an active litigation practice. His practice throughout the years has included professional malpractice, product liability, civil rights and municipal litigation. He has defended numerous corporations, retailers, municipalities, professionals and individuals through all aspects of litigation.

As a senior member of the firm he has lectured to numerous clients, bar associations and groups. Mr. Conboy has earned recognition for his services, skill and professionalism over the years.
